Role Summary
The Customer Success Agent is a key part of our client-facing operations team. You will help deliver an exceptional experience by ensuring client needs are met efficiently, professionally, and thoughtfully. You will support onboarding, maintain communication, and work closely with advisors to uphold Triad’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries
• Support onboarding by gathering documents and guiding new clients
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
• Coordinate communication between clients and advisors
• Monitor engagement and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with account tasks such as reporting and documentation
• Resolve client issues and escalate when needed
• Contribute to improving service processes and workflows
• Support planning meetings, reviews, and operational tasks
Qualifications

Ability to work on-site or hybrid depending on company needs
