Job Description:
M.A.Y. Cosmetics Inc. is growing exponentially and is currently looking for a professional Customer Service Coordinator who will directly report to our Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would be a success-driven individual with a strong client orientation and previous experience in Customer Service and Sales. He will work closely with our existing clients and expand our client database. M.A.Y. Cosmetics I.N.C. offers a friendly environment and support within the team but expects our potential team members to be completely dedicated and stress resistant in this capacity.
The position comes with the following duties and responsibilities:
· Coordinate Customer Service team, assist with preparation of work schedules
· Communicate updates and changes to the Customer Service team in a timely manner
· Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
· Maintain process documents in the system to ensure content accuracy
· Provide exceptional customer service using appropriate questioning techniques and active listening to assess customer needs and determine the appropriate resolution
· Through review of daily, weekly and monthly reporting, ensure optimal scheduling of resources to achieve business goals
· Responsible for inbound and outbound call and email management
· Supports the Head, Customer Experience in administrative functions and other duties as required/assigned

Job Requirements:
· Secondary school diploma
· Minimum one year of experience in sales and customer service
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Accurate, reliable, team player, client focus, excellent oral communication, and effective interpersonal skills
WORK CONDITIONS:
· Hourly rate of $26.50 based on a 30-40 hours workweek (applicable overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week)
· This position is based on permanent, full-time employment
