Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to be part of our team at the Centre Street location. This position will be Full-Timme and Permanent, and the work location is 201-117 17 Ave NE Calgary, AB T2E1L7.
Work Setting: Professional Association or Organization
The wage will be $37.50 per hour with 30-40 hours per week. The overtime pay will be 1.5x the regular rate, beginning after 44 hours of work per week and / or 8 hours per day.
Job Description:
• Train new customer service representatives on company policies, procedures, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
• Organize ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on changes in policies, products, and regulations.
• Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Provide expertise and assistance in resolving customer complaints or disputes, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Generate regular reports detailing team performance, key metrics, and customer feedback to share with upper management.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak service hours.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:

• Education: College Diploma is required
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
