Customer Service Supervisor Job

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of front desk, administrative, and client service staff in the childcare centre
• Oversee daily parent-facing services, including handling parent inquiries related to enrollment availability, fees, centre policies, schedules, and general childcare information
• Ensure staff effectively support enrollment, registration, waitlist management, and family on boarding processes
• Monitor and guide staff in managing email correspondence, phone inquiries, and in-person communication with parents and guardians
• Establish work schedules and service procedures for front desk and client service operations to ensure consistent and responsive family support
• Coordinate service-related activities with the centre director, educators, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely communication with families
• Prepare and submit service progress reports, enrollment summaries, attendance-related information, and other centre administrative documentation
• Identify training needs and provide training to client service staff on job duties, childcare centre policies, confidentiality requirements, and parent communication standards
• Ensure the smooth operation of office computer systems, childcare enrollment software, parent communication platforms, phones, and related equipment, and arrange for maintenance or technical support when required
• May perform the same duties as client service staff when needed, including responding to parent inquiries, assisting with registration, and supporting daily front desk operations

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
1 year to less than 2 years

Wage: 37.5 cad/hour
Working hour: 40hours/week full time employment
