Job Description:
• Respond to inquiries from retail clients and beauty supply stores regarding wig styles, availability, and order status.
• Process incoming orders accurately through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide product recommendations based on client needs, including wig types, colors, and materials.
• Resolve customer complaints or delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain updated client records and communicate order updates and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
