Customer Service/Sales Team Member Job

We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Team Member who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys speaking with people, and is motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound phone calls for a minimum of two hours daily to prospective clients from our database
• Conduct productive conversations and gather customer information
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Learn product and vendor knowledge
• Assist with order processing and customer issue resolution over time
