Job Description:
LumoraSystems is hiring people to work as a Customer service representative and the position is fully remote, the company pays $30/hr after training and $20/hr during training. All working equipments will be provided by OrionGroup , the expected hours of work is 45 hours a week (maximum)- 9 hours Mon - Friday, 40 hours is the minimum you can work in a week.
Job Requirements:
1. Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Ability to explain things simply to customers.

Understand customer emotions and frustrations.

Remain calm and composed even under pressure.

3. Problem-Solving Skills

Quickly assess issues and offer effective solutions.

Creative thinking to handle unique customer situations.

4. Technical Proficiency

Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).

Able to handle email, chat systems, VoIP tools.

Basic troubleshooting for technical products/services.

5. Attention to Detail

Accurately record customer information.

Follow detailed procedures without errors.
