Customer Service Representative Supervisor Job

Salary: $35/per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Examine and verify the accuracy of work
• Identify workers’ training needs
• Prepare and submit reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Conduct performance reviews
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
• Organize and maintain inventory.

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
