Customer Service Representative Job

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
0–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
Fresh graduates may be considered with strong communication and people skills.

Good listening skills and empathy.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
