College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) is a plus

Experience:

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or retail preferred

E-commerce or logistics customer service experience is an advantage

Technical Skills:

Basic computer literacy: ability to navigate web browsers, CRM systems, and email platforms

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace tools
