Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages regarding orders, product questions, and service issues.
Review customer information and provide accurate answers based on company policies and current service procedures.
Document each interaction clearly in the system, ensuring records are up to date and easy for the team to reference.
Assist customers with order updates, billing questions, replacements, and returns following the company’s guidelines.
Identify issues that require management approval or escalation and transfer them to the appropriate team.
Maintain consistent follow-up until customer concerns are fully resolved.
Coordinate with internal departments when customer inquiries involve logistics, product availability, or account-related matters.
Report recurring problems or service trends to supervisors to help improve internal processes.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during high-volume periods.
Basic computer knowledge, including email, data entry, and navigation of customer service software (training provided).
Calm, patient, and attentive approach to handling concerns or complaints.
Ability to follow procedures accurately and work within company policies.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior customer service experience is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.
