We're looking for an experienced B2B Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and solving problems.
What You'll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Enter and process orders using SAP
Prepare quotes and coordinate shipments
Track orders from quote through delivery
Expedite orders when necessary
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Logistics
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer and order information
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of B2B customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
Microsoft Office experience
SAP/ERP experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer
? $18-$26/hour, based on experience
? Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
