Customer Service Representative Job

Relax & Restore Self-Care LLC is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving concerns, and ensuring every client receives outstanding service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, policies, and promotions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records in the scheduling system.
Process payments, invoices, and refunds when applicable.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and satisfaction.
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure efficient scheduling.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Assist with administrative and office support duties as needed.
Promote company services and wellness programs.
Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a wellness, healthcare, spa, or massage therapy environment.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
