Customer Service Representative (Banking & Finance)

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong Banking & Financial Services experience to support customer inquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, understands financial products, and delivers a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails related to banking products, accounts, cards, and transactions
• Assist customers with account issues, dispute resolution, payments, fraud concerns, and service requests
• Provide accurate information on banking policies, processes, and digital banking tools
• Maintain customer records and follow compliance/regulatory guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while ensuring timely resolution
• Deliver professional, customer-centric service with strong attention to detail

Required Skills
• 1–3+ years of CSR experience in Banking/Finance (retail banking, credit cards, lending, payments, or similar)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
• Familiarity with banking systems, KYC, compliance basics, and financial terminology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
