Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing timely, professional, and accurate support to customers by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers and plays an essential role in customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a courteous and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
• Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or management when necessary.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and processes.
• Meet or exceed service level expectations, including response time and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) to improve customer experience.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 1+ year of customer service or related experience (call center or support environment preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full-time or part-time position (as applicable)
• Fully remote 
• May require occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs
