Job Description:
VXI Global Solutions is seeking motivated and professional Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping others, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working with digital systems and customer support platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Accurately document customer interactions in the company CRM system
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
• Meet productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in scheduled virtual training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain a reliable internet connection and professional work environment while working remotely
