Customer Service Representative – Los Angeles, CA Job

Red Label Enterprises is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work directly with customers throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. This is a face-to-face customer service position supporting client campaigns and customer acquisition efforts.

Compensation: $20–$23/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; part-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Optional weekend work may be available.

Responsibilities:
• Interact directly with customers and build professional relationships
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Assist customers with applications and onboarding
• Represent client brands professionally
• Support customer acquisition and client campaigns
• Track inventory and customer-related information
• Follow client policies, procedures, and promotions
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and client information
