You’ll provide white glove support to customers of a leading financial services firm delivering accurate, timely solutions across accounts, transactions, and service inquiries.

What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality support and creating positive experiences for clients and partners in every interaction? Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products, or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Provide customer and branch support via phone and written communication, delivering clear and accurate information without giving investment advice
- Handle a range of financial service inquiries including accounts, transactions, transfers, and technical issues
- Navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately to complete requests efficiently
- Analyze and resolve inquiries independently while managing multiple requests at once
- Prioritize tasks and follow through to ensure timely resolution of client needs
- Meet established goals for call quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
- Stay current on processes and products while contributing to team success and process improvements

What You Bring to the Role
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Computer experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
