Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about our real estate services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

Provide accurate information about listings, services, and company policies

Schedule property viewings and assist agents with client appointments

Maintain client records in CRM systems and ensure information is up to date

Assist with marketing efforts such as sending property details and follow-up emails

Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or real estate (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with real estate platforms a plus)

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
