About the job:
You'll support customers, resolve transaction issues, and help maintain a safe and seamless gift card exchange
experience in a mission-driven, growing company.
Responsibilities and more:
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Telegram,
and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist users with transaction or platform issues
Guide new users through the process of buying or selling
gift cards
• Investigate and help resolve reported problems quickly
• Escalate complex or suspicious activity to the PR team
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and
outcomes
Provide clear updates and communication to users
throughout their transaction journey
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every
interaction
What makes you a strong candidate:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Outspoken and confident communicator
• Medium-level experience in customer service
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must have WhatsApp and Telegram installed.
