The Role
This is a face-to-face customer service position. You'll work directly with customers on behalf of our clients, helping them through processes and representing brands with professionalism. Day-to-day, you'll be:
• Interacting with customers and building lasting relationships
• Assisting customers through applications and onboarding
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Supporting client campaigns and brand representation in the field
• Tracking inventory and staying current on client promotions and policies
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer and client information
