Customer Service Rep Job

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Customer Service Rep for long term contract position in Tucson, AZ. Work would be hybrid with 3 days a week onsite. Pay is $18/hr.

Candidate will be assisting taxpayers with filing assistance, taxpayer education, refund issues, billing issues, and tax policies and procedures. Customers are assisted through live chat, walk-ins, correspondence, phone calls, and e-mail. Candidate must have basic office and computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred candidate will have customer service experience.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Tucson area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
