Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Patience and problem-solving attitude

Preferred Skills:
Experience in [industry-specific software or tools, e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.]

Bilingual skills (if applicable)

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
