Job title: Customer Service Manager - Retail (NOC 60020)
Wage: $24.00/hour
Work hours: Monday-Sunday, 30 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of basic salary

Job duties
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily customer service operations across retail locations.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and performance standards to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Manage, supervise, and support retail sales supervisors and customer service staff.
Monitor customer satisfaction, analyze customer feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Resolve complex customer complaints and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Participate in recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating customer service and retail staff.
Manage operating budgets related to customer service activities and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Monitor sales performance, service quality, and operational results, and prepare reports for business management.

Job requirements
Completion of secondary school is required.
A college diploma in business administration, retail management, or a related field is an asset.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or retail management, including supervisory experience is required.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, consumer electronics, or repair-related retail operations is an asset.
