Customer Service Coordinator Job

-- College diploma in business, IT, or communications is preferred.
-- One to two years of experience in customer service, support, or help-desk roles.
-- Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk.
-- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
-- Strong multitasking, documentation, and problem-resolution capabilities.
-- Knowledge of e-commerce or B2B service environments is an asset.
