Job Description:
Quick Truck Lube is seeking a Customer and Information Services Supervisor (NOC 62023) to oversee daily customer service operations and support the smooth functioning of the truck oil change service center. The candidate will supervise staff, coordinate operational activities, and ensure efficient customer service standards are maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
• Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Identify workers’ training needs
• Prepare and submit reports
• Conduct performance reviews
• Perform same duties as workers supervised
• Recruit and hire staff
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Organize and maintain inventory

Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
Experience: Candidate must have 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service supervision or a related field.
Work Setting: This is an on-site position, and all work must be completed at the physical location of Quick Truck Lube. There is no option to work remotely.
