Job Description:
• Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery
• Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards
• Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback
• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback to team members
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
• Review the work of team members to ensure the good customer service procedures and executed and all correspondence are responded.
• Resolves difficult customer situations.
• Communicates team concerns to the Director.
• Fosters and encourages a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and needs and directs team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers; responds promptly to customer needs and questions.
• Ensure sufficient work materials and supplies, and professional content on posters.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year related work experienced in customer service and knowledge in orientation etc.
• Post-secondary education in a professional discipline pertinent to the job function combined with relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong ability to establish effective customer service excellence in a service-oriented environment.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, through phone, in-person and written interactions.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.
