Customer Service and Sales Job

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-person to provide outstanding service and address inquiries
Utilize etiquette and communication skills to assist customers effectively.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain customer records.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend products or services that best suit them.
Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Communicate product information clearly and persuasively to drive sales.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus but not required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
