Job Summary

CloudStar is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our growing telecommunications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer calls, troubleshooting Internet and TV issues, verifying customer accounts, processing payments, and contacting customers regarding outstanding balances.

This role requires strong communication skills, patience, technical troubleshooting ability, and professionalism when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound customer service and technical support calls
* Assist customers with Internet, Cable TV, and Home Phone issues
* Perform basic troubleshooting for modems, routers, IPTV, and Wi-Fi connections
* Verify customer accounts and confirm account information securely
* Process customer payments and update billing information
* Contact customers regarding overdue invoices and payment arrangements
* Document customer interactions and support tickets accurately
* Escalate technical or billing issues when necessary
* Educate customers on CloudStar products, services, and promotions
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
* Follow company procedures and customer privacy policies

### Requirements

* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
* Basic knowledge of Internet and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable handling billing and payment-related discussions
* Good computer and data entry skills
* Professional phone etiquette
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

### Preferred Skills

* Experience working with ISP or telecommunications services
* Knowledge of routers, modems, and IPTV systems
* Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
* Collections or payment follow-up experience is an asset
