Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong office skills including data entry proficiency and familiarity with office software.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
Knowledge of phone etiquette and client services best practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
