Customer Satisfaction & Representative Specialist- Work From Home / Remote Job

We are seeking empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Satisfaction Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between Aetna members and their health benefits—assisting members with inquiries, resolving service concerns, and ensuring every interaction delivers a high standard of care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Assist health plan members with benefit inquiries, claims status, and provider network navigation.

Listen actively to member concerns, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.

Maintain complete and accurate member records across internal databases during each interaction.

De-escalate customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professional communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on complex benefit inquiries and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (Freshers / Entry-Level Welcome).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in navigation, data entry, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
Customer-First Mindset: Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and attention to detail.
Equipment: Dedicated, quiet work area with high-speed internet (for remote/work-from-home candidates).
