Customer Relationship Manager Job

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, business development, order management, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Manage leads, customer meetings, quotations, RFQs/RFPs, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate samples, trials, approvals, and commercial orders.
- Manage customer POs, production, inventory, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Handle shipment documentation and customer-specific logistics requirements.
- Provide order/shipment updates and resolve customer issues.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing and receivables.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Service, Business Development, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics, or Commercial Operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Manufacturing/B2B experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
