In this remote role, you will be the champion of our clients' travel journeys, ensuring every phase of their vacation—from initial inquiry to their return home—is seamless, memorable, and stress-free. Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation & Care: Connect with clients to understand their travel desires, handle inquiries, and ensure they are matched with vacation experiences that exceed their expectations.
Manage the Travel Experience: Coordinate and review end-to-end travel details, including itinerary confirmations, flights, hotel transfers, and travel insurance, ensuring absolute accuracy.
Feedback & Relationship Building: Check in with clients post-travel to gather feedback, resolve any service issues, and build long-term relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Problem Resolution: Serve as a dedicated point of contact to assist clients with real-time support, documentation requirements, or itinerary adjustments before and during their trips.
Stay Current: Participate in ongoing training and vendor webinars to stay up-to-date on customer service best practices, new travel protocols, and exclusive industry promotions.
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated smartphone or smartphone access.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management skills and the self-discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
