Job Overview

Sahrika Group Inc. is seeking customer-focused individuals to provide remote customer support services. This is a work-from-home independent contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling based on your availability and client service needs.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing professional customer service through phone-based interactions. This opportunity is suitable for individuals seeking flexible remote work and who are comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally and courteously.
Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow client procedures, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Meet performance, attendance, and quality expectations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Students and seasonal summer students are welcome to apply.

Experience

Minimum one year of customer service, call centre, or customer support experience preferred.

Equipment Requirements

Personal desktop computer or laptop.
Reliable high-speed internet connection with Ethernet capability.
Quiet workspace suitable for handling customer calls.
Noise-cancelling headset with microphone preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Bilingual English/French or English/Spanish skills are considered an asset.
Compensation and Training
Compensation starts at $17.60 per hour, depending on the client program.
Training is approximately three weeks in duration and is unpaid.
No training costs are required.

Contractors are responsible for managing and filing their own taxes in accordance with applicable regulations.
Tax documentation will be provided by Arise and/or the service partner, where applicable.
Scheduling
Flexible scheduling options are available.
Service hours are selected based on contractor availability and client requirements.
Weekday and weekend service opportunities may be available.
Hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending on client demand and selected availability.
