Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
• Conduct ECE research on childcare practices, licensing requirements, and program standards to support preschool and daycare program development.
• Review and evaluate existing ECE curricula and recommend improvements based on child development outcomes and regulatory expectations.
• Design and develop preschool and daycare programs, including curriculum structure, learning content, and educational objectives aligned with early learning frameworks.
• Analyze program data and costs to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of early childhood education programs.
• Provide PD and curriculum training for early childhood educators and program staff.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching guides, and learning materials to support consistent curriculum implementation.
• Present curriculum updates and teaching strategies at internal training sessions and educator workshops.
• Coordinate and supervise curriculum assistants or program staff involved in curriculum development.
• Develop assessment and observation tools to evaluate children’s learning progress and program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with centre directors and teaching teams to ensure curriculum implementation meets enrollment and licensing requirements.
• Monitor educator and parent feedback to support continuous curriculum improvement.
