Job Description – Cultivation Technician

Job Title: Cultivation Technician
Pay: $19/hour | Weekly pay
Location: 12 Latti Farm Road, Millbury, MA
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available, but not mandatory

Requirements & Preferred Experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Yearly background check required
Prior experience isn’t required — we’re happy to train motivated, reliable people who are ready to learn.
Preferred background: Candidates with landscaping or restaurant experience often bring adaptability, focus, and comfort working in fast-moving, ever-changing environments—qualities that fit well here.
Primary Responsibilities
Care for cannabis plants through daily tasks such as watering, pruning, trimming, and inspecting.
Support harvest operations, including offloading, cutting, hanging, and sanitizing.
Participate in post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, trimming, and milling.
Reload flower rooms and dispose of cannabis waste in strict compliance with regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the grow facility and equipment.
Accurately weigh, track, and document materials and progress through each stage of cultivation.
Ensure all data is recorded clearly and in accordance with state regulations and company SOPs.
Perform duties in varying temperature and lighting conditions—climate-controlled rooms may differ depending on plant needs, so a change of clothes is recommended for comfort during the shift.
