• Position: Beauty Salon Operator
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $28.85-$32.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
• Provide personalized beauty care consultations to clients, offering expert advice on treatments
• Conduct thorough analyses of hair and scalp conditions to determine the most suitable treatments
• Analyze clients’ preferences and physical features, recommending hairstyles that enhance their natural beauty
• Perform a variety of hair treatments including waving, straightening, tinting, and scalp conditioning massages
• Provide precise haircuts and trims according to the client’s instructions, using advanced techniques to achieve the desired look and preferences
• Utilize professional techniques to apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses, delivering customized hair colors, frosts, or streaks
• May supervise other hairstylists and staff, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Provide various hair styling techniques including cutting, trimming, tapering, curling, waving, perming, and styling to create stunning and unique looks for each client
• May perform receptionist duties and order supplies
• Apply hair extensions, seamlessly blending them with natural hair for added length and volume
Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
