Are you passionate about travel, highly organized, and eager to help others discover the world by sea? Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Itinerary Specialist.
In this remote role, you will design unforgettable, customized cruise vacations for clients, managing everything from ocean and river cruise selections to shore excursions and pre-/post-cruise accommodations. Whether you are looking for a rewarding side hustle or a long-term career change, we provide the full training, mentorship, and certification required to succeed in the booming travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Consult & Curate: Connect with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and styles, and match them with the perfect cruise lines (e.g., Caribbean, Mediterranean, Alaskan, or River Cruises).
Design Custom Itineraries: Coordinate end-to-end travel plans, including cruise cabins, flights, hotel transfers, travel insurance, and curated shore excursions.
Group Coordination: Assist with booking and organizing special group cruises, such as family reunions, honeymoons, corporate retreats, and destination events.
Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions regarding travel documentation, cruise protocols, and itinerary updates before and during their trip.
Stay Current: Participate in ongoing training and travel vendor webinars to stay up-to-date on new ships, destinations, and exclusive industry promotions.
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated smartphone or smartphone access.
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time-management skills and the self-discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior personal travel or cruise experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
