Work Location: Various locations in Southwestern Alberta including Blood Tribe Indian Reservation.
Salary: $24.00/ Hour for 40 -60 Hours / Week
Vacancies: 5 Vacancies
Terms of employment: Seasonal employment, Full time
Start date: 2026-06-01 to 2026-12-01
Benefits: Financial benefits: eligible for Harvest Bonus if worker stays on after harvest is completed
Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: A minimum of 1 month of experience in the grain harvest industry.
Personal Suitability: Organized, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, team player, reliability
Tasks: Prepare and irrigate soil; Plant, fertilize and harvest crops; Detect disease and health problems in crops; Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport; Clean up racks, trays, and harvest bins and general clean up of growing, producing and packing areas; Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; Clean work area; May write daily progress reports of inventory harvested
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Tight deadlines; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Large workload
