Croatian Speaker- Data Labeling Analyst Job

Location: Onsite in Bay Area (CA), Seattle/Redmond (WA), New York City, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, or Boston
Important: This is a 100% onsite position. Candidates must be located in or able to commute to one of the listed cities.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W2)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $26–$28/hour
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:

Label and annotate speech and audio data
Perform transcription, categorization, and tagging tasks
Follow detailed guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy
Escalate unclear cases when needed

Requirements:

Native-level fluency in Croatian
1+ year of experience in data labeling, annotation, content review, or similar work, OR a Bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a structured, onsite environment
