Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 / CRM Engineer with a deep understanding of the platform's architecture and customization capabilities.
Expert-level proficiency in C#.Net for developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Strong command of JavaScript for client-side scripting, form customizations, and enhancing user interfaces.
Advanced knowledge of MS SQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and database performance optimization.
Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end CRM solutions in a senior or lead capacity.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400, PL-400) or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for cloud-based integrations.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment of CRM solutions.
Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools for large-scale CRM implementations.
