Crew Leaders/Drivers Job

High-Growth Company in Sarasota  seeking multiple Team Members:

Responsibilities:

Seeking #2 Crew Leaders/ Multiple Drivers/Landscaping Team Members
Perform various tasks related to mowing, trimming, edging, and weed eating
Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
Assist with hardscape and landscape installation, such as digging and leveling
Capable of driving a pick up truck with lawn trailer
Capable of keeping a crew on moving and working together to complete scheduled work
Experience:

Previous experience being a Crew Lead is a must.
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the industry is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Previous experience leading a crew preferred
Ability to work overtime as required
Valid Florida Drivers License and clean driving record required
