Position Info:

• Position: Drafter
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $52.00~$53.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 12555 Crescent Road, Surrey, BC V4A 2V4

Job Duties:

• Develop and prepare technical drawings, layouts, and diagrams
• Operate computer-assisted drafting equipment (CAD) to produce detailed plans and schematics
• Review and analyze sketches, specifications, and existing plans to design components and systems
• Examine drawings for accuracy, compliance, and potential errors
• Complete documentation packages, including drawing sets and material specifications
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates for materials and project requirements
• May assist in developing and refining design concepts and sketches

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of related experience in drafting or design are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
