Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager Job

Mainstay Digital creates high-end 3D experiences for B2B clients — interactive videos, 3D product animations, AR demos, product stills, and immersive visual tools that help technical sales teams showcase complex products.

We are looking for a part-time, hourly Creative Producer / Creative Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through completion. This person will serve as the main point of contact for clients and keep projects organized, moving, and aligned with client goals.

Location: Plano, TX (preference for in-office)
Pay: $20/hr starting, strong potential to grow to full-time

Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Guide projects from initiation through final delivery
- Assign tasks internally and keep projects moving
- Review creative work to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Lead or participate in client meetings

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
- Strong artistic eye and attention to detail

Preferred: Experience in creative production, agency environments, 3D/animation/AR/video workflows.

- Experience in creative production or project management
- Strong client communication skills
- Familiarity with 3D, animation, video, or AR production preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, resourceful, comfortable in fast-moving environments
