What You Will Be Doing
As a Creative Freelancer at Clariane SE, you will help bring our mission and story to life through impactful design, content, and multimedia projects. From visual storytelling and brand assets to marketing materials and digital campaigns, your creativity will directly shape how we communicate with the world.
This is a project-based, remote freelance role that collaborates closely with our Communications, Marketing, and Operations teams.
You Will:
Develop creative assets including graphics, presentations, digital media, and print materials.
Support content creation for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
Translate complex concepts into engaging visuals and storytelling formats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand and communication needs.
Maintain consistency with Clariane’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Proactively contribute new ideas for design, campaigns, and creative strategies.
Deliver high-quality work on time while balancing multiple projects.
Required Skills:
2 years of professional experience in graphic design, content creation, or a related creative role (freelance or in-house).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility (branding, digital, and multimedia work).
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with both creative and operational teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Experience in healthcare, care services, or mission-driven industries is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Hourly / Project-Based Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience and project scope.
