- Lead and execute commissioning activities for equipment, utilities, and facility systems, including mechanical completion checks, startup, and troubleshooting - Plan, prepare, and execute verification and qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) per project schedule and quality standards Develop and/or review CQV documentation including: - System boundary drawings - Design review and traceability matrices - Commissioning protocols and summary reports - Verification/qualification protocols and reports - Interface with A&E firms, OEMs, construction teams, and automation vendors to coordinate readiness for commissioning and qualification - Perform field verification, system walkdowns, punch list management, and resolution of deficiencies - Ensure equipment and system turnover packages are complete, accurate, and aligned with project milestones - Support execution of FATs and SATs, including document review and attendance as required - Ensure all GMP compliance requirements are met through proper documentation practices and adherence to procedures - Contribute to risk assessments, impact assessments, and change control processes as needed - Participate in client meetings, schedule coordination, and daily project reviews to report status and escalate issues - Support CSV and automation qualification activities, where applicable, in coordination with system owners and automation engineers - Assist in the training and onboarding of junior team members during project ramp-up phases - Maintain and update execution trackers, punch lists, and validation status reports to ensure accurate project visibility - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in CQV processes, templates, and execution strategies
