CQV Engineer Job

CQV Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

• Utilize a comprehensive understanding of equipment functionality to conduct detailed troubleshooting and commissioning activities.

• Leverage previous experience in commissioning, qualification, and Validation (CQV) to support effective project execution.

• Apply your strong engineering background to interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), operate pumps and motors, and verify the proper commissioning of equipment.

• Utilize hand on-experience with process equipment-including tanks, piping, and pumps- to ensure operational efficiency.

• Work on systems such as high-purity water systems and clean gasses.

• Engage with bioreactors, centrifuges, buffer media tank, chromatography systems and tangential flow filtration (TFF).

• Support functions including formulation, aseptic filling, isolators, and lyophilizes.

• Assist with operations related to parts washers, autoclaves, and temperature control units (TCUs)

Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Management.
