Position: Courier Service Supervisor
Wage: C$26 per hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of the employee's total wages during the year
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Victoria, BC

Job Duties:
• Oversee and assign tasks for couriers, ensuring efficient collection, sorting, and timely delivery of parcels.
• Develop and implement schedules and workflows, coordinating efforts with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Address operational challenges and delivery issues, ensuring quick, effective resolutions that enhance service quality.
• Provide training on job duties, safety protocols, and company standards, supporting team growth and consistency.
• Monitor and request supplies essential for operations, ensuring team members have the resources they need to perform effectively.
• Monitor the performance of systems and delivery tools, coordinating timely repairs to maintain operational flow.

• Completion of secondary education is required.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, courier services, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
