Salary: $35 per hour
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the installation surface is level, stable, and properly reinforced to support the countertop’s weight before beginning installation.
• Use appropriate hand and power tools to accurately and securely install countertops.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, or finishing equipment to protect the countertop surface, improve its appearance, and ensure long-term durability.
• Install a variety of prefabricated interior fixtures with precision and care.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on exterior prefabricated products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and waste, and perform detailed inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism and courteous communication when interacting with customers.
• Organize, prepare, and manage tools, equipment, and materials for each project.
• Load and unload supplies and tools from trucks safely and efficiently.

Job Requirements:
• Secondary school education is required
• Prior experience in countertop installation, renovation, or a related trade is an advantage; however, comprehensive on-site training will be offered to candidates with no previous experience.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites and flexibility to perform duties in various on-site environments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as effectively within a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in all tasks.
• A strong work ethic with a focus on consistently delivering high-quality results.
