Cost Specialist Job

A Cost Specialist is needed in LaGrange, Georgia.

• Evaluate and compile detailed cost data and by analyzing various cost factors and variances for manufacturing automated wheel and tire assemblers, tire feeding systems, and industrial conveyor systems.
• Collect all expense and cost data to analyze and estimate costs for labor, purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, maintenance, occupancy expenses, sales and administrative operations.
• Estimate overall costs and prepare analysis reports for manufacturing operations and general business sales operations by evaluating previous and current expenditure/sales and forecasting future budget.
• Research current market trends in automotive industry to provide cost effective products to clients by identifying or reducing dispensable expenses.
• Confer with human resources personnel to determine employees and staffing company’s labor cost by estimating total labor expenditure cost.
• Develop cost effective business strategies by analyzing market trends, overall financial status, manufacturing processes, cost factors, and materials specifications.
• Develop cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
